The location, comfort of the bed, the shower.

When I asked the staff for simple information like local area restaurants or to call a taxi, they seemed confused, unprepared and uninformed about services that every hotel offers....

It was a modern and beautifully decorated hotel in a fairly nice area, next to pedestrian area, the mosque across the street, and the main pedestrian street. Its location at a short distance from Rruga Kole Idromeno was great and brilliant.

Conveniently located close to the best bars, restaurants, pedestrian areas, and cafes. Well-decorated hotel with modern, soundproof rooms featuring balconies.

It´s a great location and the rooms are really nicely decorated. It´s comfortable and easy to catch the bus or to grab something to eat. Close to the nightlife and just beside the mainstreet. If you want to go and visit the castle it it just a few minutes by car.

The first impression from the staff made us disappointed. When we arrive at the hotel the receptionist saw that we as two girls had a twinbed in our room and we said that it wasn´t a problem for us. Then he really become uncomfortable and showed his disliking. He didn´t speak to us nicely and showed his disapproval. As a professional worker you shouldn´t show your emotions like this. The other staff we met during the evening and thay after was though nice. But the first impression never fades away. The bathroom was also not clean. It also seemed like the design of the toilet and the zink was not very convenient.

Everything was perfectly fine, absolutely perfect location close to the center of the city and the new mosque by a main square at the end of a mostly pedestrianised area between the Mother Theresa statue, genuinely helpful staff. The triple room we stayed in was nicely furnished and extremely pleasant with balconies. Loved the nice interior...

The location was the best possible and comfortable, relatively near Vendi i Deshmise dhe Kujteses. I stayed in a triple room with a big writing desk and a direct view of the mosque. - the service was excellent. - the food was outstanding.

Great choice for trip. Reasonably large hotel with soundproof rooms and most importantly, extremely polite stuff.

A well furnished and brand-new room provided with a free continental breakfast, sanitized bathroom and comfortable bed.

The staff was very good. Enjoyed the way our king room with direct view on the mosque was arranged. - the location on the pedestrian zone was great for us. - We were close enough to bars, restaurants, and many cafes.

This place was great -- didn't have a single complaint. the service was outstanding, and I loved having parking right here. Plus, having a bar in the reception area was super convenient! 🥂

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel with a great location, right at the beginning of a bustling street with lots of bars and restaurants. Our room was modern, soundproof, and provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast was decent, and the price was reasonable. we would recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few minor issues such as an impersonal check-in experience and the lack of soft background music in the lobby and breakfast area. Despite these small flaws, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

The King room with a balcony had a very comfortable bed.

I had a great stay at this place during our trip, it is conveniently located in a prime spot on the main promenade, the lobby bar was vibrant, and the staff were exceptional and very attentive.
